What truly elevates this home is the meticulous eye of Cote Interiors, whose design philosophy brought a "breezy, holiday-inspired patina" to the historic structure. We are particularly enamored with how Cote Interiors layered textures, pairing Sky White quartzite and weathered brass with custom joinery that features delicate bead detailing. By seamlessly integrating functional luxuries like hidden laundry chutes and "clutter-free" storage zones, they have proven that a high-end, sophisticated aesthetic can still feel warm, organic, and perfectly suited for the chaos of family life.
