A Potts Point terrace that once operated as backpacker accommodation has been restored by Tom Mark Henry for boutique developer Kilcarra Group, first appearing in Vogue Living and now featured again in Belle. The home was always intended for resale, which meant the design team was working without a client to design around. "Any family can walk in and see themselves occupying the home," says Cushla McFadden, director of Tom Mark Henry, a genuinely difficult brief that leans on the building's own history rather than a fictional owner's taste.
