This warranty covers:
Sagging or indentation of the mattress surface beyond acceptable limits
Broken, dislodged or defective pocket springs or mini bubble springs
Faults in stitching, edge support or seam construction arising from manufacturing
Deterioration in materials due to manufacturing defect rather than normal wear

This warranty does not cover:
General wear and tear, or changes in comfort over time
Damage caused by improper use, incorrect base/support, or lack of rotation
Damage caused by moisture, stains, or improper cleaning
Mattresses used without a suitable, well-supported base or frame

To make a warranty claim, contact Crafted directly with proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the fault.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
